Christmas Cookie Recipes

Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • Butter : 2/3 cups
  • Granulated Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Packed Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Egg: 1
  • Vanilla: 1 tsp.
  • All-purpose Flour: 1 1/2 cup
  • Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt: to taste or 1/2 tsp.
  • Chopped Nuts: 1/2 cup
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips 1 pkg.


  • Heat up your gas oven to 375.
  • Take a small bowl and make blend of flour, baking soda and salt. Make sure to end up with a creamy blend of all these ingredients.
  • Now take a large bowl to mix butter, sugars, egg and vanilla thoroughly.
  • Now start stirring flour blend in this butter mixture slowly. Mix it to get creamy mixture.
  • Once you have done, mix chocolate chips and nuts in the creamy mixture.

Your recipe is almost complete to this step. Now you have to do some work to shape and bake cookies. So follow the rest of steps stated below:

  • Take an ungreased cookie sheet. Take a teaspoon and place the cookie mixture in rounds one inch apart from each other.
  • Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes until you see golden color of cookies.
  • Let the cookies cool for 2 to 3 minutes before you remove them from cookie tray.

Peanut Butter Cookies


  • All-purpose flour: 2.5 cups
  • Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp.
  • Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt: To taste or 1/2 tsp.
  • Softened Butter: 1 cup (2 sticks)
  • Packed Sugar (Light Brown): 1 cup
  • Granulated White Sugar: 1 cup
  • Crunchy Peanut Butter: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 2 large sized or 3 small sized
  • Vanilla Extract: 2 tsp.
  • Chopped Peanuts: 1 cup


  • Heat up your oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
  • Take a cookie sheet and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  • Make a mixture of flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium sized bowl. Allow this mixture to set for some time.
  • Take a bowl and mix cream butter, brown and white sugar to get a fine mixture. At the end stir the peanut in the mixture.
  • Now add eggs into the mixture then add vanilla. Mix it well.
  • Now put all dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture and try to mix the ingredients well.
  • Now make walnut sized balls of the mixture to bake in cookie sheet. It would be good to flatten the cookies using a fork slightly.
  • Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the cookies cool down.
  • It would be better to make 36 cookies minimum.
